Training sessions are blended learning, a portion will need be done online before the in person skills session. The online portion is REQUIRED prior to the skills session no exceptions. You will get an email stating the completion of the session and that will be verified before class so please have that email ready and available. If the online session is not completed you will have to reschedule the in person skills session for a later date and no certificate will be issued....no exceptions. 

 

Payment will be required prior to the class. If you need to cancel I will need 48 hours notice and no refunds for anyone who cancels with less than 48 hours or does not show up to class. Late arrivals of 15 min or more will need to reschedule. 

 

We do need a minimum of 3 people to hold a class so if you're unable to attend please notify me ASAP. For the time being we cannot accommodate anymore than 6 people.

 

Depending on the distance and number of people I would be willing to travel to host the class.
