Deep Muscle Massage

A deeper massage using long strokes and specific pressure in tension areas. It improves circulation, helps range of motion and relieves tension.
 

**Hot Stone Massage​

Massage therapy using heated stones to help relieve tension. The heat helps with sore muscle and minor aches and pains (Not available for home visits) 

 

Neuromuscular Therapy

A manual massage therapy in which quasi-static pressure is applied to soft tissue to stimulate skeletal striated muscle. Often these areas of muscle are myofascial trigger points.

Sinus Treatment.... $45

25 Minute Treatment, 15 min of Facial massage with focus on sinus pressure points combined with hot towels and eucalyptus essential oils to help clear the sinus airways, the other 10 min include a neck, shoulder and scalp massage.
